DESCRIÇÃO projecto a convite da Câmara Municipal de Alcanena, desenvolvido em conjunto com: Ana Pacheco, Bruno Arouca, Bruno Ribeiro, Cátia Loureiro, Gonçalo Moeiro e Vitor Ramos.O projecto insere-se na cidade de Alcanena, perto duma das suas entradas a partir da auto-estrada. Optou-se, perante a preexistência, por manter a estrutura e, face à inexistência de elementos de interesse na fachada, a destruição da mesma. Na solução apresentada, surge um espaço de desafogo, ao nível do piso 0, que faz a transição entre o interior e o exterior. Em todo o museu há a preocupação de minimizar ao máximo a existência de luz de forma a não danificar os trajes expostos. O museu é composto pelas estruturas técnicas, sala de exposições temporárias / serviço educativo e sala de exposição permanente.

DESCRIPTION the project was an invitation by the Municipality of Alcanena, co-projected with: Ana Pacheco, Bruno Arouca, Bruno Ribeiro, Cátia Loureiro, Gonçalo Moeiro and Vitor Ramos. The project is placed in the city of Alcanena, nearby one of its highway entrances. By the fact of an existing building, was chosen to kept the structure while the façade, and because there is no significant element on it, is destroyed. On the presented solution, there is a relief area, on the floor 0, where it is done the transition from the outside to the inside. It was a main concerning to dicrease the light inside he building in order not to damage the exposed traditional clothes. The museum is composed by technical structures, temporary exposition room / educational services and enduring exposition.
